1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, orders, and agreements between JR Cables and the buyer. Deviations from these terms are only valid when confirmed in writing.

2. Quotations & orders

All quotations are without obligation unless otherwise stated. An agreement is established upon written confirmation of the order by JR Cables. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and not binding. JR Cables shall not be liable for damages resulting from delayed delivery. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Late payments incur statutory commercial interest. All collection costs are borne by the buyer.

5. Warranty

JR Cables warrants that delivered products conform to the agreed specifications. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair at our discretion.

6. Liability

JR Cables' liability is limited to the invoice value of the products delivered. Consequential damages, including loss of profit, are excluded.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, Netherlands.
